Some users have reported issue with starting or using the Android TAG Tap application after installation.
This can sometimes happen if another version of the application was previously installed.
To fix the issue, there are three possible fixes:
Uninstall and re-install the application
Go to Google Play.
Search for "TAG Tap" and select it.
Press "uninstall" and wait for the application to be uninstalled.
Force close the application by pressing
How to do this varies with your phone and verison of the Android operating system, but for most phones the following steps should work:
- Go to "Settings"
- Go to "Apps"
- Select "TAG Tap"
- Press "Force Stop"
Restart smartphone
Sometimes, simply restarting your phone could help fix the issue.
